I know this will be an inconvenience for some but until further notice practice will start at 5pm. End times will go down week by week. Please see the following notice from the City. Let’s all work together on this to make the best of it. If you can’t get your player there please post and we will all figure it out.

As a precaution, the City of Worcester Board of Health has made a recommendation that all outdoor activities taking place at municipally owned facilities end at dusk until the first hard frost of the fall. This includes all Worcester Public Schools athletic events as well as all youth leagues and organizations within the city. The Worcester Public Schools will release an updated football schedule when it has been finalized.

Below is the schedule of recommended cancellation times for outdoor events from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health:

Weekly Dusk Schedule:

Week of September 8 – 7:15 p.m.
Week of September 15 – 7 p.m.
Week of September 22 – 6:45 p.m.
Week of September 29 – 6:30 p.m.
Week of October 6 – 6:30 p.m.
Week of October 13 – 6:15 p.m.
Week of October 20 – 6 p.m.
Week of October 27 – 6 p.m.
